Use KOLD-FLO® Pourable Crack Filler to Fill and Seal Cracks Right from the Container
KOLD-FLO® crack filler comes ready to go and does not require heating, special equipment, or training to get started. It is a safe and easy to apply.
Proper asphalt crack repairs start with a properly cleaned base. Use the STIFFWITCH® road broom to prep your pavement before applying KOLD-FLO® asphalt pavement crack filler.
Crack filler can be poured from the original container, a pour pot, or a drum pump for faster application.
KOLD-FLO® Crack Filler Easy Application Instructions
1. Using a broom or leaf blower, blow or sweep out debris from cracks. Cracks must be free of debris prior to application.
2. Pour KOLO-FLO® crack filler into three quarters of the length of the crack. Product can be applied directly from the bottle, using a pour pot or UNIQUE’s CRACK-N-TACK® portable pump.
3. Squeegee KOLD-FLO® crack filler into the crack using a “U” or “V” shaped squeegee. Proper squeegeeing will decrease surface cure time and avoid tracking of KOLD-FLO crack filler. A second application may be necessary for cracks deeper than two inches.
POST APPLICATION CURE TIME
Because KOLD-FLO® asphalt crack filler cures fast, usually the pavement and cracks that have been repaired can be driven on in approximately 30 minutes.
