Maintenance Technician
SHIFT: 1ST
HOURS: 7:00am to 3:30 pm
SALARY: $22-28/hr depending on experience and qualifications
Job responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, facilities, and fleet.
- Detect, report, and repair defective equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools along with material handling equipment.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and organized condition while following prescribed safety regulations.
- Assist Production Department if needed.
- Work with Safety Committee to eliminate any unsafe conditions.
- Ability to converse with others in a courteous and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Familiar with the use of all hand and power tools common to mechanical, electrical, and maintenance repairs.
Preferred but not necessary:
- General skills in electrical wiring
- Hydraulics
- Mechanical repairs
- Plumbing
- Welding
- CMMS- E-maint

Independent Sales Representative – Northwest Territory
We are looking for an Independent Sales Representative (Commission based Independent Contractor) for our Northwest Territory (Washington, Oregon, Alaska possibility to add British Columbia, Canada).
Candidate must reside in one of the states in the territory.
We seek an enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated, self-starting salesperson to grow the territory with our industry leading road repair and maintenance products. Working out of your home office and in the field, you will be responsible for growing accounts, relationships, and profitability in a multi-state territory.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability for strategic planning and territory development
- Sell our line of products to help achieve personal and company growth and profitability year-round.
- Make sales calls to state, county, municipal agencies and large construction companies.
- Attend various local and national trade shows and events.
- Perform quality control testing at product manufacturing sites.
- Detail-oriented approach and use of your organizational and time management skills.
- Perform product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Documentation of sales efforts.
- Prepare a variety of periodic reports and perform physical inventory counts at remote territory locations.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Honest and ethical conduct, and living the values of teamwork, commitment, and integrity while having fun in the process.
