This repair was made at the entrance to a gas station in Vancouver, WA. Heavy traffic in and out over the same area had created a very deep pothole. Previous repairs had all failed within weeks, even sooner after a typical Northwest rain shower. After all the loose debris was removed from the bottom of the hole, UPM was installed WITHOUT REMOVING THE WATER! The material was installed in two lifts of 2 inches each and compacted with truck tires. The last picture is that same repair 1 YEAR LATER!
